By accessing or using the CloackMaster platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloackMaster is a traffic filtering and management platform that helps advertisers protect their campaigns from bot traffic, click fraud, and unauthorized access. The Service provides:

• Multi-layer bot detection and traffic filtering
• Campaign management and analytics
• Landing page generation
• API access for integration

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use CloackMaster for legitimate traffic management purposes including:

• Protecting advertising campaigns from bot traffic and click fraud
• Filtering unwanted automated traffic from your web properties
• Geographic content routing for compliance purposes
• A/B testing and traffic optimization

You may NOT use CloackMaster for:

• Distributing malware, phishing content, or illegal materials
• Promoting illegal goods or services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Activities that could harm the Service or its users

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable advertising platform policies and local laws.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

CloackMaster offers Free, Professional, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except within the 14-day refund window

Founding Member Pricing: Early adopters who subscribe during the founding period will have their rate locked in permanently, as long as the subscription remains active.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion.

7. Self-Hosted License

The Self-Hosted License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the CloackMaster software on your own server. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software. The license includes 1 year of updates from the date of purchase.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process traffic data (IP addresses, user agents, device information) as necessary to provide the filtering service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

The CloackMaster platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and documentation, is our proprietary property. Your subscription grants you a limited right to use the Service, not ownership of any intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloackMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, advertising account suspensions, or data loss.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
