Fixing Slow Response Times
Cloaking should add less than 100ms to your redirect. If response times are higher, check:
- GeoIP lookups — Ensure MaxMind database is cached locally
- DNS resolution — Use a fast DNS provider
- Database queries — Check for slow queries in the hit logging
- External API calls — Rate-limited or slow third-party services
